I had the immense honor of directing this lesson for Ted-Ed in partnership with Jagriti Khirwar for their mythic series. The lesson was researched byIseult Gillespie. I designed and animated all the characters.

I was able to explore and develop a new visual style for this piece, and got to play with light and shadow in a way that could really accentuate the dark, moody tone of the story.

With this style, I was able to animate some gruesome and gory scenes but still keep them aesthetically pleasing.
